Dear World,

I am going to be the next victim of drowning, even though I am not aware of it.

My mum always used to say that the best advice for water safety and drowning prevention is to stay away from the water to avoid drowning. While that's solid advice, we also need to recognize that we don't always plan to be near water; sometimes we unexpectedly find ourselves in
